The Balik-Loob sa Diyos Program, literally translated as “Back to God”, seeks to bring the street children and their families to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through regular prayer and worship meetings, talks, counselling and community building. This program aims to develop an individual’s sacramental life.
Prayer meetings are held twice a week for the mothers of He Cares and here, they learn to worship and to share their blessings with others. This is followed by the talk proper which gives them the opportunity to receive the Word of God.
On Saturdays, with the supervision of Gina Salmorin and Evan Villarin, the youth gets to develop their relationship with God through the Youth Formation program. Here, they worship the Lord through song and they participate in activities related to Christian Life Formation. The youth take part in discussions on what they have learned through the activity and their spiritual life is further developed through learning the ways of applying what they have learned.
Back to God is posed with the challenge of gaining the cooperation of the mothers who participate in the prayer meetings and the program head, Darly Tamon, is tasked to have one-on-one talks with them.
Being the core of He Cares, Back to God is the backbone of all the other programs and it serves as the main focus of what He Cares Mission stands for and that is to be a channel of God’s blessings to others.
“Cast all your anxieties on Him because HE CARES for you.” (1 Peter 5:7)

The Balik-Kalusugan Program, literally translated as "Back to Health", seeks to provide regular quality feeding for the street children as well as health care through regular medical and dental check-ups and other means of support as needed.
The regular quality feeding, called a "party" is held weekly at the Foundation Center. The free medical / dental clinic is held weekly at the He Cares Village in Montalban, Rizal as well as in the Center.
The Foundation also provides the street children with medicine during emergencies.
There are two main services under the Back to Health program:
This involves nutrition feeding every Saturday for malnourished/sickly children ages 6-19 years old. Feeding is conducted at He Cares Mission premises. The staff, core of volunteers, and parents assist in preparation and distribution of the cooked meal every week. A nutritionist consultant provides technical advice in menu planning of balanced diet recipes.
The children being served under this program come from low income families in informal settlements in Quezon City. Most of these children are also recipients of the Educational Assistance services. The beneficiaries are selected by community volunteers and admission is confirmed b the Executive Director. Priority is given to those who are malnourished and unable to eat three regular meals a day due to extreme poverty of parents. The children are also allowed to bathe before meals. A group of parent volunteers takes charge in meal preparation under the supervision of the center staff.
Children who visit He Cares anytime of the day from Tuesdays to Fridays are given baths and are treated to a meal. Those who stay after their meal may opt to sleep or to enjoy activities such as watching movies, coloring, storytelling and playing sports.

The Balik-Bahay Program, literally translated as "Back to Home", seeks to bring street children back to their homes and families if possible and to provide a decent home for those in need.
This program helps provide the street children’s families with a permanent home, working to improve living conditions and beautify the surroundings.
Under the program is the residential shelter for the street children. This Mission runs a temporary shelter for homeless boys. At present, there are six household boys who are being cared for by a household mother, an assistant household “kuya” (literally translated, “big brother”), and a cook.
The He Cares building was built to home one hundred boys with ten house parents. The goal of this is for these children to experience a normal family life. In housing these children, He Cares gives priority to the orphans and to the abandoned. The residents of the building will have the opportunity to learn daily living skills such as meal preparation, personal grooming, hygiene, and other basic life needs. In line with the Back to Health program, the kids will be provided with well-balanced meals and clean water to ensure proper growth.
Through the services of the Back to Home program, He Cares fulfills its vision, to bring street children to God and for them to live healthy, honest, and normal lives in order to share their love of God to others.

The Balik-Hanapbuhay Program, literally translated as "Back to Work", seeks to provide families of street children with livelihood opportunities and sustainable income.
Offered in this program are seminars that educate the mothers on Financial Management and knowledge on how to start a business. The parents who are part of this program are trained in these fields before investing money in a potential business. For those who are in need of starting capital, Balik Hanapbuhay offers Microfinance wherein they are lent money in order to establish their livelihood.
The Balik Hanapbuhay program aims to give opportunities to the parents who are willing to work for the betterment of their families.
He Cares Mission has held a variety of skills training workshops for the children and parents alike. Among the skills which have been taught are: silk-screening, jewelry-making, sewing, welding, crochet, wood-working and others.
The organization aims to put up a display room which will hold the products of the parents involved to market it and welcome potential buyers.
He Cares Mission believes that teaching them how to "fish" is more valuable than giving them the fish.
Under the Balik-Hanapbuhay Program is the Sustainable Scholarship Program, the brainchild of Madonna Galang. This program aims to continue the support that the students receive despite the sponsors putting an end to their contribution.
The targeted participants of this project are the college scholars together with their mothers. This gives them the opportunity to gain additional income for their families.
Not only will the students learn entrepreneurial skills, they will develop values such as honesty in terms of handling money and patience in dealing with customers.
Through the SSP, the resourcefulness and innovation of each individual is manifested in the daily operations of the businesses. They will learn how to adapt to situations wherein they are required to think logically and as a business man/woman.
The Student Canteen is a small establishment that serves home cooked meals at an affordable price. It is located in front of a school which allows the business to thrive with its loyal customers – students, parents, and anyone in between.
The income earned from this program is divided accordingly to accommodate the needs of the students. A portion of their income is kept as savings for future use.
The Sustainable Scholarship Program not only establishes business skills; it gives the students a chance to develop practical skills that can’t be learned in the four walls of a classroom.
